Scope
Covered services include prepaid blocks sold through our desk, confirmed by email, or purchased through authorized channels we announce from time to time. Corporate packages may include additional terms in a separate schedule; where schedules conflict, the corporate schedule controls for that purchase.
Guest-initiated cancellations
If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within ten business days, or we apply the value as studio credit if you request that alternative in writing before we process the refund.
If you cancel within twenty-four hours of the start time, we may issue a fifty percent credit toward a future booking when capacity allows. Credits expire one hundred eighty days from issuance unless a shorter window is printed on the credit note for promotional offers.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available per booking when you notify us twelve or more hours before the original start. Additional reschedules may incur a fee displayed at the desk. Reschedules are subject to availability and lane compatibility rules published on our swim page.
Studio-initiated cancellations
If we cancel because of maintenance, instructor availability, or safety reviews, you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking in the next suitable window. We notify you using the email address on file as early as practicable and post urgent closures at the entrance when relevant.
No-shows
Missing a reserved block without notice consumes the booking value. If you contact us within forty-eight hours afterward with a brief explanation of an unplanned event, a manager may grant a partial credit on a case-by-case basis; this review does not ensure a particular outcome.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can trace the transaction and provide receipts. Chargebacks opened without prior notice may result in suspension of future prepaid purchases until the dispute is resolved.
Records
Refund and credit records are retained for seven years to meet accounting requirements, as described in our privacy policy. Anonymized aggregate statistics about cancellations may be used internally to improve scheduling without identifying individuals.
Transferability
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, bookings are non-transferable. Identification checks may be used for high-value packages to reduce misuse.
Updates
We may revise fees, notice windows, or credit rules to reflect operational reality. The reference date in the hero section indicates when this text was last reviewed for alignment with desk practice.
